Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracy above 95% .Work with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers (MS) and VC Modelers etcChair meetings & manage Product Configuration Specification (PCS) document eg. KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etcEnsure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and that ECO is accurate and ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)Work with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate; validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotesValidating SAP orders against OA & Account teams and acting as a main point of contact to Order Entry with sale orders related issues.Identify configuration gaps and work on closing them.Manage any backorder via sale order change request (SOCR)Develop and maintain key performance metrics for Configuration accuracy & for backorder shipment 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning managementFamiliarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP)Good Analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgencyAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentAbility to assertively implement configuration management policy
