Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracyDevelop and maintain key performance metricsWork with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers and VC Modelers etcChair meetings & manage PCS document eg. KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etcEnsure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and CO accuracy when ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)Work with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate; validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotesChair order review meeting and ensure SO accuracy with correct configurationManage and ensure accuracy of C point database and weekly MRP loading.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experienceRelated industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management is an advantageFamiliarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP) is an advantageAnalytical, good communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgencyAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentAbility to assertively implement configuration management policyOpen to consider relevant experienced or entry level applicants
