CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH Sr Project Manager
Job Description CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of IT and HR, with a strong emphasis on enterprise systems, asset management, and third-party integrations. This role will play a critical part in optimizing how our organization leverages technology to support workforce operations, with a particular focus on Workday and related platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management to drive projects that enhance employee experience, streamline operations, and ensure data integrity across systems. Lead end-to-end project management for IT and HR initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and execution Oversee implementation and optimization of asset management products, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management Manage and enhance end-user service tracking tools to improve support workflows and reporting Coordinate with internal teams to ensure systems are leveraged effectively across departments Translate business needs into technical requirements, especially within Workday and adjacent platforms Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT and/or HR domains • Proven experience working with Workday (functional or technical) • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects at a time • Strong understanding of asset management systems and enterprise service tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) • Experience with HRIS systems, data integrations, and employee lifecycle workflows • Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and external partners • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Experience working in Adaptive • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred • Transportation Industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
