Job Summary The Conference and Catering Manager is responsible for successful leadership and coordination of all catering and conference events, meetings and orders. This position supervises all aspects of event planning including client communication, event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, execution of order deliveries/pick-ups, event p&l's, proper invoicing for all daily events and weekly/monthly financial reconciliation. This position requires availability Monday through Friday.
