What will I be doing?
As a Conference and Banquet Operations Host, you are responsible for assisting with set-ups and seating as well as managing queries to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Conference and Banquet Operations Host will also be required to contribute to reaching departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nWelcome guests in a polite and friendly manner\nCoordinate seating for customers\nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives\nManage Conference and Banquet set-ups\nEnsure guests are billed accurately\nFollow cash handling procedures\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nComply with company brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets as part of the team\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nComply with local licensing laws\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nBe environmentally aware\n\nWhat are we looking for?
