Job Requirements
Looking for 1 to 4 years of experienced candidates.Monitoring the health of the assets, the advisor will get an indication through a tool, Analyzing the issue, how the issue can be fixed, what measures can be taken, and some other recommendations will also be given by the advisor to the dealer. Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring dataProvide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolutionPrepare written reports and recommendations as required by the DealershipsCommunication is mandatory both Verbal and written, Email etiquette is mandatory.
Work Experience
Analyzes condition monitoring data (S·O·SSM, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.Key Skills-service field, field engineer, manufacturing plant, OEM, fleet monitoring, trouble shooting, Automobile, hydraulic , brake system, transmission.Electronic Fault codes- The Candidate should be able to Read the fault codes.Kindly look for diverse profiles who have basic knowledge of heavy machinery (mechanical background) and are strong in communication.Education-Mechanical engineering, Automobile engineering, Aeronautical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production/Manufacturing engineering.Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
