Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start at 6:45 AM | Typical end time around 4:30 PM (may vary)

About the Role

We are hiring Construction Laborers to join a fast-growing team specializing in concrete cutting, drilling, and demolition across residential and commercial job sites in the Treasure Valley. This is a physically demanding role ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Projects range from cutting windows in foundations to large-scale infrastructure like temples, dams, and nuclear facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate or learn to operate Wall Saws, Core Drills, Hand Saws, Flat Saws, and other power tools.Perform building demolitions, renovations, and concrete cutting.Lift heavy materials and work in dusty, wet, and outdoor environments.Maintain tools and equipment; mechanical experience is a plus.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace.Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports.Attend orientation and safety training on day one; steel-toe boots required, PPE provided.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction, general labor, or demolition.Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.Familiarity with concrete finishing and saw operation.OSHA certifications and mechanical experience are helpful but not required.Backgrounds such as farmhand, military, or heavy labor are a strong fit.Why Work With Us?Competitive Pay: \\$25–\\$26/hr with growth potential.Career Advancement: Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.Tools Provided: All necessary equipment and PPE supplied.Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.Team Culture: Small, collaborative team with a focus on personal development.Work Environment

Work involves traveling to various construction sites across the Treasure Valley. Expect physically intense labor, exposure to the elements, and a hands-on work culture. Most shifts end around 4:30 PM, but some days may run longer depending on project needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
