We’re looking for individuals who are ready to work hard in a physically demanding environment and are eager to grow with us. Whether you have construction experience or come from a physically demanding evnironments (e.g., farm work, military, demolition), we want to hear from you. **No concrete cutting experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right candidate.** **What You’ll Do** + Operate or learn to operate: wall saws, core drills, hand saws, flat saws, and other power tools and heavy equipment. + Perform full building demolitions and renovations. + Work in environments that may be dusty, wet, and physically demanding. + Maintain and care for equipment (mechanical experience is a plus, but not required). + Follow all safety procedures and maintain a drug-free workplace. + Complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports accurately. + Adapt to changing priorities and manage workflow efficiently. **What We’re Looking For** + 1+ years of experience in construction, demolition, or similar physical labor roles preferred. + Pride in your work and ability to describe past projects—residential (e.g., cutting windows in foundations) or commercial (e.g., temples, dams, nuclear sites). + Willingness to get dirty and perform heavy lifting. + OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required). MSHAW also a bonus. + Must have steel-toe boots.
