Concrete Finisher

Location: Frisco, Colorado

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (Guaranteed 40 hours/week)

Compensation: Includes paid drive time

Project Overview

Join a long-term infrastructure project at a Waste Water Treatment Plant near Copper Mountain, running through 2027. This role offers consistent work, career development, and future opportunities across Summit County and surrounding areas.

ResponsibilitiesPerform concrete finishing: smoothing, leveling, and detailing surfacesAssist with pours, rebar installation, and formwork using hand and power toolsInterpret blueprints and contribute to accurate fabricationConduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with standardsSupport general labor tasks including landscaping and site preparationQualifications

Required:

Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experienceProficiency in floating and surface finishing techniques

Preferred:

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
