Job Title: Finisher

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join a committed team working on a long-term project at a Waste Water Treatment Plant in Summit County, Colorado. This project is scheduled to continue through 2027, with additional opportunities anticipated in Summit County and nearby mountain communities.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with laborers and pipefitters to ensure efficient and high-quality project executionPerform concrete finishing duties, including smoothing and leveling surfaces post-screedingOperate hand and power tools for concrete pours and rebar installationRead and interpret blueprints for accurate fabrication and formwork constructionConduct inspections to uphold rigorous standards of concrete craftsmanshipAssist with general labor tasks related to production and landscaping

Required Skills

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete workStrong proficiency in finishing and floating techniques

Preferred Qualifications

Background in carpentry and experience using hand toolsFamiliarity with grinding, inspection procedures, and general labor practices

Work Schedule

Enjoy a consistent schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may occasionally shift due to weather. A minimum of 40 hours per week is guaranteed, with paid drive time included for travel to and from the job site.

This is a Contract-to-Hire role based in Frisco, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
