Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full-Time Concierge Supervisor.
The Concierge Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Concierge Team, working closely with the Director of Guest Experience to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position supports the daily operations of the department, contributes to team development and engagement, and ensures service excellence by responding to guest requests with personalized recommendations.

Hourly wage: $25.00 - $27.00
What you will do:
Supervise and support the Concierge Team in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
Assist the Concierge Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the success of the Concierge Department.
Collaborate with guests pre-arrival and during their stay to understand preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Respond to a wide range of guest requests, adding personal touches to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons’ standards.
Follow up with guests pre-arrival, ensuring responses are made within 72 hours.
Assist with sending pre-arrival emails in preparation for the winter season.
Manage all guest interactions with professionalism and genuine hospitality, accommodating special requests when possible.
Support the Concierge Assistant Manager with daily briefings and monthly meetings to maintain effective communication within the team.
Conduct standard testing monthly to ensure service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Address and resolve guest concerns and inquiries regarding hotel services, events, hours of operation, and directions.
Engage with guests in person and over the phone in accordance with Four Seasons’ service standards.
Maintain up-to-date concierge desk materials, including brochures, maps, and local activity guides.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with vendors, restaurants, and local service providers.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Whistler activities and attractions, and coordinate ticketing, reservations, and information for guests.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager and Front Office Manager.
What you bring:
Preferred background in luxury hotel Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Services.
Previous experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
Essential ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
Knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Demonstrated strong written and oral presentation skills.
Capacity to multitask in a high-volume and demanding environment.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, is mandatory.
Commitment to excellent service and teamwork.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect the Concierge Supervisor to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
