Concierge Service Manager

What does a successful Concierge Service Manager do?

A great Concierge Service Manager (CSM) will support service delivery and manage relationships with enterprise financial institutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve issues, track key deliverables, and ensure clear communication with C-suite stakeholders. This role is an opportunity to deliver high impact, dependable service that strengthens client trust and long-term partnerships. 
 

What you will do:Serve as a primary point of contact for service delivery needs, ensuring timely, polished communication with client stakeholders, including C-level contacts.Coordinate issue intake, tracking, and resolution using ticketing tools and Clarity, ensuring accurate documentation and internal accountability.Support release planning, production updates, and calendar management across assigned enterprise accounts.Escalate service trends and risks to senior leadership, helping ensure proactive mitigation and smooth client interactions.Collaborate closely with senior CSMs, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to align internal execution with client priorities.Contribute to a white-glove service experience that drives long-term client satisfaction and trust.
 

How you’ll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.There are 2 shifts: 8AM-5PM and 9AM-6PM Central Time Zone. What you will need to have:3+ years of experience in enterprise client service, account coordination, or project support.Demonstrated experience and confidence communicating with executive-level stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive strategic alignment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client relationship skills.Ability to prioritize and execute across competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.

What would be great to have:

Experience working in the banking technology & services industry.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.Technical Certifications and aptitude.
