Concierge/Receptionist Coordinator
Under general supervision, provide Concierge meeting room coverage and as a backup for the main lobby reception desk for IHG Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office and general office support for the Corporate Services department in accordance with the Company’s standards. **Location** : _Atlanta, GA based role [Dunwoody area]_ **Work Schedule:** _7:30am – 4:30pm / 5 days a week onsite [Monday – Friday];_ **_no remote_** **Your day to day** + Provide reservation services for multi-purpose meeting rooms including booking, furniture set up and equipment requirements. + Coordinate meeting room configurations and set up with Porters, Liaison with the Global Tech team regarding audio-visual requirements and technical issues + Assist when required to set up and prepare meeting rooms + Reconcile scheduling conflicts and manage and coordinate the use of conference rooms to maximize the use of resources. + Coordinate deliveries and special events with Building Management and Security + Prepare and review room usage reports + Based at the Conference Center front desk + Inspect rooms and create work orders for the cleaners and building engineering staff, following progress to completion in order to ensure that rooms are ready for colleagues and guests. + Performs additional duties as assigned and will be a backup for the reception desk in the main lobby **What we need from you** + High School Diploma or GED + At least one [1] year as a receptionist or customer service representative in a corporate environment. + Demonstrates strong customer service focus and a positive attitude. + Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of conveying information to internal and external customers and when greeting visitors. + General knowledge of Company organizational structures/functions preferred to direct calls and visitors. + Effective problem-solving skills, organizational skills and time management. + Ability to work with all levels internally and externally and to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Excel, WP, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.) + Work Environment - + _Office, warehouse, storage rooms._ + _This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push furniture, carts, dollies, equipment, etc._ **Location** – Atlanta, GA: Schedule: 7:30am – 4:30pm / 5 days a week onsite [Monday – Friday]; no remote **The hourly range for this role is $16.16 to $22.75 per hour** . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).
