Concierge must ensure a great first impression every time through

-     Always smile and look their best.

Make immediate eye contact and smile at 15 feet away.Stop and step aside whenever possible, nod and greet the guest at 5 steps away.Be professional by not pointing, using slang or discussing personal matters in front of the visitorsHave a neat appearanceKeep work area clean and well organizedUniform is clean and neatly pressed

Concierge must enhance the guest experience

Concierge should provide the following services:

“One stop shopping” for visitors, as opposed to merely referring the visitors to someone else.Key knowledge of local areas.Directions to all local attractions.Be able to assist with local transportation.Be able to assist with local area knowledge.Be able to provide information about Fynn Asoke Project.

Concierge must do the followings:

Remain as visible as possible in the lobbies. Thus enabling visitors to approach any staff

without having to look for them.

It is most important for staff to follow the “One Stop Shopping” policy.  Thereby avoiding visitor’s frustration and enabling visitors adapt to their new environment.  Employee uniforms should be clean, neat, pressed and well fitted. Buttons should not be missing. Employees should never lean or slouch on counter or walls.  Proper posture is essential to convey a proper image of Fynn Asoke. Employees should always give way to the visitor when entering or leaving area. Employees should never interrupt a visitor during conversations.  By listening carefully

and understanding what the visitor wants, 60% of the problems are already solved.

Employees should brush their teeth, comb hair, cut fingernails and polish shoes regularly.  Employees should speak in the proper tone and should never raise their voice. Only English should be spoken in front of Non-Thai visitors. Under no circumstances is foul language to be used either in front or behind the visitors. Chewing gum or food is not allowed in any area of the Lobby.
