Concierge (Every Other Weekend)

We offer a full aging service network with life plan communities, health care and home- and community-based services for older adults, as well as community outreach to those in need, that is unrivaled in the beautiful Sandhills region of North Carolina. St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Weekend Concierge for our Health Center facility located in Southern Pines, NC. Hours are Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 4:00pm. The primary purpose of the Weekend Concierge is to provide assistance to the guests of the Health Center. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people the Weekend Concierge must deliver excellent and professional customer service to both external and internal customers. Duties include, but are not limited to: + Answering and accurately directing all incoming calls + Greeting residents and guests + Performing a wide variety of administrative tasks Education and Experience: + Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
