About the role:
Join the award-winning team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, a luxurious beachfront oasis offering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences on the Red Sea. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the go-to expert for guests, creating personalized itineraries and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

What you will do

Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, offering information and recommendations tailored to their preferences.Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activity bookings, transportation, and special requests.Maintain thorough knowledge of the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions to offer accurate and inspiring suggestions.Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requirements.Handle VIP and repeat guests with a high level of attention to detail and discretion.Ensure all guest interactions are aligned with Four Seasons’ standards of service excellence.Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and activities to enhance future stays.Stay updated with local events, cultural happenings, and new offerings to enrich the guest experience.

What you bring

Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a guest-facing role. (Not required, but preferred.)Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.Familiarity with local attractions, dining, and cultural offerings in Sharm El Sheikh.A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a genuine desire to delight guests.
