As a Concierge Account Manager of Developing Markets, the candidate is a cross-functional leader that maximizes initial sales penetration for new residential properties and clients, with a focus on increasing revenue penetration and overall relationships within the market. The Concierge Account Manager will be maintaining and building relationships with the Boards as well as HOA offices for assigned Hotwire properties during Launch and into Operational status.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact with Hotwire Communications Drive sales and revenue penetration by obtaining orders or contracts for services. Identify reactive & proactive selling opportunities by identifying residential prospects in assigned community events, evaluating their needs, and selling solutions for those needs. Interact daily with customers, face to face in the remote office, while also providing a QA function to ensure all customer documentation is uploaded and service orders are properly documented and closed. Build relationships with boards as well as POA offices for assigned properties ensure the launch process, meets our “white glove” experience. Participate in setting targeted community sales & product strategy by remaining current on competitive offers, industry trends, and market activities. Coordinate onsite duties associated with business operations and upgrades of a property with a strong focus on outbound calling to schedule technicians, installs, change orders and trouble tickets. Maintains quality service by selling appropriate solutions in keeping with the Company’s standards and identified Revenue and Penetration objectives. Identify upselling opportunities and offer residents additional or upgraded services. Maintain product and technical knowledge by engaging in group discussions, attending weekly sales meetings, and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal relationships and embracing best practices. Represent Hotwire during scheduled property Town Halls and/or Board Meetings. Arrange onsite operational facilities and execute processes for all operational needs; including on-site personnel, back-office workspace, equipment and office trailer and other property launch needs. Obtain list of VIPs, Board Members and other “friendlies” for testing and initial installs. Obtain map(s) of property/community and diagrams/floor plans for the homes/condos to be installed. Coordinate “pre-launch” community-wide signup event with the goal of kick-starting home surveys. Resolve escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues including damage claims. Deliver communication regarding construction work on site and timeframes including on-site signage. Coordinate marketing material delivery and make recommendations for additional collateral as necessary. Respond to all customer web inquiries and online/social media posts. The expected base pay range for this position is $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
