What this job involves:

As a Receptionist at JLL, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional visitor experiences while managing comprehensive front desk operations and facility coordination. This multifaceted role combines outstanding customer service with administrative excellence, requiring you to greet and register visitors, manage vendor relationships, and support site operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to creating exceptional workplace experiences by maintaining organized front desk areas, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting our mission to shape the future of real estate for a better world.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Provide welcoming approach to all visitors using Rightcrowd system for registration and badging while facilitating host connections and maintaining visitor logsAnswer general phone inquiries professionally, maintain neat and organized front desk and lobby areas, and ensure desk is stocked with necessary suppliesHandle candidate registration including Job Candidate Nondisclosure Agreements, distribute parking tickets, issue access cards, and arrange desks for new hiresCollect and receive mail and courier deliveries while resolving problems associated with janitorial, mailroom, parking, badging, and conference room servicesRegister vendor information, coordinate schedules, and manage cleaning personnel while conducting site inspections to ensure building procedures are maintainedMaintain general supplies for office, kitchen, bathroom, first-aid, and EPK areas while organizing stocks and tracking inventoryTrack tasks requiring TT or RIVER tickets, attend facilities meetings, perform fire evacuation drills, and provide timely updates and reports.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent English language skills (essential requirement)Experience in front and back office processes with strong administration skillsStrong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse client staffKnowledge of occupational safety requirements and emergency proceduresStrong PC literacy with proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including internet and emailDemonstrated experience with client reporting and report preparationAbility to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of reception/concierge experienceExperience with visitor management systems like RightcrowdKnowledge of facilities management operations and vendor coordinationFamiliarity with inventory management and supply chain processesExperience with continuous improvement initiatives in workplace operationsBackground in corporate front desk or hospitality environmentsUnderstanding of health and safety compliance requirements in office settings.
