As our Concierge, you'll be the heart of our community, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. From managing the front desk to organizing engaging networking events, you'll play a crucial role in creating a dynamic, productive workspace environment where professionals can thrive.
An overview of the role:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers and visitorsConduct space tours for potential clients and manage the onboarding processCreate personalized welcome packs that make new members feel valuedPlan and execute community events that foster networking and collaborationBuild strong relationships with customers and respond proactively to their needsEnsure immaculate presentation of all common areas and meeting spacesManage meeting room bookings, setup, and audio-visual equipmentMaintain kitchen areas, order supplies, and ensure consumables are stockedHandle mail and package services efficientlyParticipate as a Floor Warden in building emergency proceduresWork with the Centre Manager to implement operational proceduresManage vendor relationships and ensure service excellenceIdentify opportunities to enhance the workspace environmentContribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional team cultureProvide backup support to the Centre Manager as neededSound like you?
