Concessions Supervisor

Supervise Concession Operations including 45 food and beverage locations with up to 5-10 union employees at each at the JMA Wireless Dome and other Campus Dining locations. Responsibilities include inventory ordering and disbursement, equipment moving, staffing planning etc. Primary point of contact for stadium food vendors and event operating team, reporting to the Concessions Manager. Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment; constantly assessing a changing sales environment and adjust both staffing and product needs accordingly.
