Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Leads to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Concessions Stand Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of your assigned concessions stand and managing team members.

This position does earn tips that are shared via a tip pool. Based on 2024 averages, this position could potentially earn an additional $12/hr in tips!

Pay $18.19 - $18.19 / hour

What will you do?Inspect all stands and portable carts, ensuring areas remain clean, functional, and safe  Evaluate and document the performance of team members Verify inventories before and after each event Ensure food is prepared correctly in a timely manner Assist with serving guests as business levels demand and resolve any issues that arise 

More about youMust be at least 18 years oldMinimum of 1 year of experience in a food service position required Cash handling experience required Experience as a stand manager or attendant preferred Supervisory experience preferred 

Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season
