What will you do?Collaborate with the Head of Concessions, culinary, and concessions teams to ensure effective operations, financial planning, and achievement of budgeted targets, while tracking event sales to support future planning and improve performanceManage and analyse event sales, stock, labour, wastage, and stock-to-cash to improve future event planning and profitabilityCreate and implement action plans to improve guest experience and business performanceBuild strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance when needed, including proactively supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team member training, ensuring a high-performance culture focused on guest service excellenceEnsure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

Home to the Hammers and UK Athletics, London Stadium is no stranger to presenting word-class events, with Delaware North managing the hospitality services of the 60 - 80,000 seated stadia since 2015. As one of the UK’s most iconic sports and entertainment venues, London Stadium has hosted incredible events, with Delaware North team members making countless connections, leaving lasting impressions on guests.
