Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concessions Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $88,400 - $111,300 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Supervise and support associates, supervisors, and fellow managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsManage the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process to build a team aligned with the department’s goals and service standardsConduct regular training sessions in line with company policies to maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experienceEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service, payroll, employment practices, and EEO requirementsThis position will provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes union-represented employees, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and fostering positive labor relationsOversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and accountabilityPrepare and share operational and sales reports with senior leadership as neededManage budgets and financial reporting for concessions operationsImplement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality serviceEnsure proper maintenance and cleaning of concession stands and equipmentConduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvementPerform other duties as assigned

More about you3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food service, ideally in a concessions or high-volume settingStrong working knowledge of business and accounting principlesFamiliarity with POS systems and experience managing inventory and distributionProficient in interpreting data and using insights to guide operational decisionsProven leadership, initiative, and team-building skills
