This role requires strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, and adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. + Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner. + Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control. + Verify age and identification of guests purchasing alcohol in accordance with local laws and venue policies. + Monitor guest consumption and refuse service when necessary, following responsible alcohol service policies.
