What will you do?Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event daysEnsure that all company policies and alcohol procedures are followed by team membersObserve, evaluate, and document job performances of team membersAssist with training new staff membersOrder liquor and beverage products for all bar areas Complete daily sales reports and reconciliationAssist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting

More about youMinimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position Previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issuesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeNo college degree required

Physical requirementsFrequent walking; constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAble to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 poundsMay be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season
