Work Experience

Proficient in executing Aerostructures composite/Metallic Wing concessions

Extensive knowledge/work experience on stress dossier

Hands-on involvement in handling and working on aerospace concession projects

Managing customer requirements and providing proposal support, guiding and mentoring team members

Effectively conveying project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner

Track project milestones and deliverables

Define process/practices & Deploy tools/workflows to ensure Quality of artifacts being developed is of top-notch

Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and influence them
