Job Description
As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our new concession in Arnotts, Dublin. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way.
Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in regularly. This includes:
Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experienceAnalysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performanceLeading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of serviceLeading recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried outIdentifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progressionOverseeing concession operationsCreating a great place to workQualificationsTo work as a Concession Manager, you should have previous management/leadership experience plus the qualities below.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a teamCustomer focusedSelf-motivated & PositiveAdaptableA genuine interest in othersExcellent planning and organisational skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion/retailAdditional InformationThis is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in our new concession within Arnotts.
