The Concession Stand Bartender is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and responsible alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverage service and food service when needed to guests at university GAME DAY athletic events. This role requires strict adherence to all university policies, Indiana state alcohol laws.

**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14/ hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a Concession Bartender:**
+ Established safety guidelines to ensure a positive and secure experience for all patrons
+ Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a tidy and safe work environment
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Concessions Manager or Event Supervisor
+ Refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals in accordance with Indiana law and university policy
+ Monitor guest behavior to prevent over-consumption and address any issues respectfully and professionally
+ Ensure that alcohol sales cease at designated times during events
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
**Job requirements:**
+ Must be 21+, have a valid Employee Permit from the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) to be considered for this position
+ The Indiana ATC offers a free online Certified Server Training Program directly on their website (in.gov/atc), for those interested in obtaining their ATC Employee Permit
+ Background Check Required
