This includes ensuring the stability and functionality of the hosted environment and providing environmental support to development staff. Human Resource Contact: Jennifer Erickson,Jennifer.Erickson1@wyo.gov, 307-275-1460 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed at the job level. + Responsible for providing Salesforce administration and production support for DFS applications hosted within that environment, including: + Monitoring system development to ensure naming standards are followed + Performing DFS application deployments + Managing system access and security + Performing updates to applications within the Salesforce environment + Assisting developers with the support and development of DFS applications within Salesforce + Ensure the DFS Salesforce environment complies with the necessary State and Federal regulations + Responsible for providing system administration and production support for the DFS AWS environment(s), including: + Perform advanced system and infrastructure work + Windows administration + Managing system access and security + Performing system and software installation, upgrades, and maintenance + Providing technical support to team members as required + Ensuring DFS AWS environment(s) comply with the necessary State and Federal regulations + Accomplish required documentation for change control, system functionality, metrics, timekeeping, and any additional areas that the agency specifies + Foster collaboration with other team members and with members of other ETS teams Qualifications PREFERENCES: Preference may be given to those with experience in AWS Preference may be given to those with experience in Salesforce Preference may be given to those with experience in Agile Scrum Preference may be given to those with experience in Modern Development KNOWLEDGE: + Knowledge of Salesforce design and administration + Knowledge of AWS Cloud Setup and Design + Knowledge of Computer systems (Cloud and on-prem) + Knowledge of System design techniques + Knowledge of the principles behind and experience developing complex business applications, such as programming, computer hardware and software, mathematics, and their applications + Knowledge of employing information technology to meet business requirements + Knowledge of the software development lifecycle + Knowledge of application integration techniques + Knowledge of traditional and Agile software development methodologies + Principles of customer service, process improvement, and performance management + Design logical reports and input forms + Graphic User Interface design concepts + Knowledge of relational database design + Carry out the directives of superiors + Work in a collaborative team environment + Think logically and solve problems MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree (typically in Computer Technology) Experience: 0-3 years of progressive work experience in Systems and Infrastructure with acquired knowledge at the level of a CT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist II OR Education & Experience Substitution: 4-6 years of progressive work experience in Systems and Infrastructure with acquired knowledge at the level of a CT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist II Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Necessary Special Requirements PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: + Typical Office Setting NOTES: + FLSA: Non-Exempt Supplemental Information 077-Information Technology Operations Click here (https://ai.wyo.gov/divisions/human-resources/consultative-services/compensation/pay-tables-salary-averages) to view the State of Wyoming Classification and Pay Structure.
