The analysts will assist with determining project direction, communicating project deliverables, documenting requirements, performing testing, and documenting the final product. Knowledge of the software development life cycle and technical writing experience is required; as is the ability to work with multiple areas of the organization as the Computer Systems Analyst role addresses areas that include operational, legal, and technical concerns. Proficiency in SQL and experience with various testing methodologies including regression testing, automated testing, and comparing data outputs is preferred. Knowledge of the business practices of Civil or Appellate Courts, or their case management systems, will be highly preferred.
