Job Description Cisco's Compute BU AMD Marketing Ops team is responsible for developing strategies and execution methods to drive accelerated growth of the Compute AMD portfolio. The team supports programs in partnership with various functions across Cisco, including Sales, Channel, Services, Procurement, Product Management, Supply Chain, etc. Insight Global (the supplier) is being engaged to provide a program that will drive operationalization of the programs to drive sustainable business growth. The team will interface heavily with external and internal stakeholders to achieve the goals of the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program. The supplier will fulfill its obligations by providing the following in-scope services: 1) Budget program management to ensure on-target arrival every quarter aligned with Cisco's fiscal calendar and annual and semi-annual on-target arrival aligned with AMD's fiscal calendar. 2) High-touch project management of all program-funded activities. This involves working with key stakeholders to understand constraints and to provide execution support toward strategic objectives and timelines. 3) Program Reporting, including weekly status reports and quarterly marketing reviews for program-wide and executive level visibility involving leaders from both Cisco and AMD. The supplier is invited to utilize existing Cisco data platforms to generate reliable reporting and visibility for the management team. 4) It will be the responsibility of this team, along with the Cisco manager, to perform regular program performance assessments, identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement either via process improvements or technologies that address these gaps. The team can partner with the Cisco managers to implement recommendations.
