Immediate Hiring, Knoxville TN, Day shift Mon-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Certification Mandatory
The role involves sterile compounding in compliance with USP standards, including compounding testosterone formulations with a seed oil base, GLP1s, and cyclosporine. The technician will maintain a clean and organized compounding environment through routine cleaning and disinfection of work areas and equipment. Accurate documentation of all compounding activities, including batch records, cleaning logs, and quality control checks, is essential. Participation in quality assurance and quality control programs, as well as assisting with inventory management, is expected.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment during the first shift from 9 AM to 5 PM. The facility currently employs six pharmacists, with a total staff of 30, and is located in a 5,000 sq ft facility undergoing a 4,000 sq ft expansion. There are six hoods currently in place, with plans for eight more to be added, providing ample opportunity for growth and leadership in a rapidly expanding startup pharmacy.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
