About the RoleAre you a detail-driven pharmacy technician with a passion for precision and patient safety? We’re seeking a Sterile Compounding Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team in Fairfield, OH. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervisionAccurately draw and label pre-filled syringes with precise volume and air-free contentsMaintain sterility in ISO-classified environments, including laminar flow hoods and cleanroomsFollow strict gowning, hygiene, and USP / compliance protocolsMonitor environmental conditions and document compounding activitiesOperate and maintain sterile compounding equipment (IV pumps, mixers, filtration systems)Track inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist with procurementSupport quality assurance and participate in audits and training initiativesWhat You BringMust be registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Registered or Certified TechnicianCompletion of a sterile compounding training program or certificationPTCB Sterile Compounding Certification preferredPrevious experience in sterile compounding (hospital or specialty pharmacy setting ideal)Strong attention to detail, documentation, and compliance standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and shift differentialsComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plansCompany stability with a strong reputation in the healthcare industryOpportunities for advancement and ongoing professional developmentA clean, modern, and compliant work environment that values safety and teamworkWork EnvironmentThis role involves working in ISO-classified cleanrooms with strict gowning procedures. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
