Description Pharmacist In Charge The PIC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining the highest industry standards. + Responsible for regulatory compliance + Staff Supervision + Inventory Management + Quality Assurance + Provide Clinical Consultations, medication therapy management and patient education + Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, controlled substances and pharmacy operations + Policy development: create and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety Skills PharmD, Compounding, Pharmacy Top Skills Details PharmD, Compounding Additional Skills & Qualifications WI Pharmacist License - 2 + years of Compounding experience - Prior Leadership/Management experience is a plus Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $96.15/hr.
