Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Level Technician to join our Industrial Repair client's technical operations team. IThis role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and assemblies down to the component level. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for precision work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, RF, and PCBA assemblies down to the component level
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering tools, and other test equipment to identify faults and verify repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with IPC and ISO standards
- Work in an independent setting but collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, test results, and calibration records.
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Highly-Specialized Ultrasonic Welder Repair Services
- Work on Industrial HMI, Displays & Monitors
- Conduct Industrial Electric Equipment Repairs
- Work on Chart Recorders & Data Loggers

Skills and Requirements
- 25+ years of experience in component-level repair or calibration
- Experience working with oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering tools, and other test equipment to identify faults and verify repairs
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field preferred, but not required - Experience working on Ultrasonic welding machines
- Experience working on Industrial HMI, Displays & Monitors
- Industrial Electric Equipment Repair experience null
