Your mission will be…
As a Component Engineer, you are part of the SQM community at eMobility. You actively shape the future of electric mobility. You manage the global component database in Siemens Teamcenter and ensure that new, globally used components are seamlessly integrated into the system. As the central point of contact for your international colleagues, you make a significant contribution to ensuring the quality of our products. Work closely with other cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and production specialists, to deliver high-quality components that meet the product's requirements. Management of component data in the Teamcenter PDM system from initial requests, qualifications and documentation to releases for development and production. Global entry point for supplier PCN/PTN (product change notification/product termination notification) related to eMobility. Support cross-functional teams from R&D, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics with continuous analysis of technological market trends including 2nd source strategies.

Completed vocational training as Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of professional experience in electronics development or quality environment with strong technical background Good knowledge of the entire supply chain of components and products Solid expertise in electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical components and their applications Strong communication skills Fluent Business English
