Siemens Gebze Factory is the lead production site for Air Insulated Switchgears within Siemens worldwide, exporting to more than 80 countries.We are looking for a Component and Spare Parts Order Engineer. This role will be responsible for managing and executing the sales and fulfillment process for MV & LV switchgear spare parts orders, working closely with different regions across the globe.
What are my responsibilities?Manage project processes, including offer preparation, order handling, and manufacturing, for MV & LV spare parts.Develop, track, and manage the component sales plan (offers & orders).Coordinate and collaborate with internal factory teams.Work closely with engineering and proposal departments.Maintain strong communication with Siemens regional companies.Assess process risks and take appropriate corrective actions.Ensure all project and order processes align with factory standards.Follow up on offers with regional offices and customers.Adhere to Siemens Production System principles.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the switchgear business.Advanced level of English; German is a plus.SAP knowledge is an advantage.Familiarity with Switchgear technology.Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Strong communication and people management skills.
