Compliance Team Lead, Testing CoE
_We’re looking for a_ **_Compliance_** **_Team Lead, Testing CoE_** _to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to assist the Manager of the Testing CoE in monitoring and leading the team's performance in delivering the expected results on time, including his/her own assigned testing activities. You will be responsible for providing timely guidance and coaching to the Testing Analysts and update the Testing Manager regularly updated on the status of testing activities and shall escalate any issues or concerns that may impede the completion of testing activities as scheduled._ **Position Responsibilities:** + Supporting and implementing the annual testing plan approved and providing feasible solutions to address issues identified or recommendations to improve the business process and setting up best practices + Assist the Manager in reviewing the works and final reports prior to release and all activities are delivered on a timely basis + Kick-off, preparation of detailed testing templates, questionnaires, gathering of information and data from the testing subjects for review and analytics, follow up questions and outstanding information, creating high quality working papers and drafting of testing reports + Assisting the preparation of training materials and presentation deck to management when required + Assist in driving and monitoring team's productivity and efficiency are met + Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information + Maintains good working relationship with regulatory personnel and stakeholders by consistent communication and in resolving concerns + Plans and coordinates operational activities and guarantees compliance with rules and regulations. + Create and ensure SLAs, Process Narratives and Standard Operating Procedures are in place and up to date + Co-manage and nurture the team by ensuring that there is continuing personal development, maintaining collegiality and collaboration, and fostering of performance culture thru: + Trainings and Certifications, internal and external; + Communicating job expectations; + Coaching and counseling; + Reward and discipline; + Appraising and monitoring employee performance; + Managing financial resources such as forecast requirements, scheduling expenses, budget planning; + Take charge or assist or monitors on the projects/ initiatives relating to process improvement + Manage team's business continuity through capacity planning and resource management + Motivate others to stretch and take bold steps to achieve better outcome + Assist the Managers in Driving team performance to the highest possible level and excel it through development actions + Assist in creating training and development plans for team members and follow through on action plans + Assist in providing feedback of team members + Support the Manager in ensuring implementation of team projects initiative **Required Qualifications:** + **2-4 years of strong background in either Internal or External Audit, or experience with compliance testing and risk and controls.** Knowledge of KYC and EDD is a plus. + At least 1 year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in engaging with senior executives is preferred. Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools.
