Compliance Supervisor

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role offers the chance to drive Quality Compliance across a portfolio and pipeline of diverse brands. Take ownership of the following key responsibilities and make a real difference:

Leadership: Supervise and lead the Quality Compliance Team. Including staff training and development, coaching, mentoring and driving exceptional performance outcomes.  Compliance: Ensure Quality systems that support product release comply with Medsafe requirements and Global Viatris standards.  Perform self-inspections of GxP related functions.Technical support: Provide expertise to the business for new product launches and product transfers.Manage processes and systems: Including but not limited to:
- Change control
- Technical agreements
- Vendor qualification
- Product quality review.Shape Future Opportunities: Contribute to evaluating new products and market development, capitalizing on opportunities in New Zealand, and sharing your insights globally to influence the broader business.
 

The minimum qualifications and experience required for this role are:

Demonstrated capability working in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or related industry (Minimum of 5 years experience and good knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs or similar, is required).Minimum of 2 years managerial experience.Excellent attention to detail and ability to use Microsoft Office suite.High level of communication skills – both oral and written.Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy etc).Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
