General position summary

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, work with global and Greater China stakeholders, to facilitate decision making at case acceptance or at later stages throughout case life cycles.Play a key role in designing, improving, executing or monitoring control processes over Greater China operation.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on industries, client/potential client, or specific case contextCollect and evaluate information on policy updates and market trendsConvert data and finding into reports with insights, and share with managementParticipate in the formulation of policy or case specific guardrailsExecute control procedures over high risk activitiesMonitor the existing policy, guidance, and guardrails, explore for opportunities of improvements.Navigate through risk review processes, help identify and address risk indicators with internal stakeholders

Qualifications：

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or relevant diciplines from a renowned institution;3-5 years of relevant experience and outstanding performance in the field of compliance;Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills;Great capacity to understand and relate information;Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environmentStrong self-initiative and a will to manage his/her responsibilities and work independently;Able to catch up new tasks quickly, good at self-study;Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);Previous work experience in a multi-national professional service firm will be an advantage;
