The PositionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Compliance Specialist to join Roche Diagnostics.
The Compliance Specialist will support all compliance and business audit activities across the affiliate and MC Central Asia and the Caucasus. This position requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in compliance, internal control, and risk management processes.

What will you do?
Assist the Head of Compliance in maintaining and enhancing the compliance program and compliance culture, ensuring alignment with Roche policies, values, and regulatory requirements.Conduct detailed compliance reviews and monitoring to identify areas for improvement.Develop and deliver targeted compliance training and education materials.Act as the local export control officerAdvise teams on compliance objectives, risks, proactive risk management strategies, and corrective actions.Conduct distributor audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.Investigate actual or potential compliance-related issues and support resolution efforts.Support the implementation of global policies, regional initiatives, and procedures.Assist in enhancing the compliance audit processes by identifying key risk areas and implementing corrective actions.Provide expert advice and support to the affiliate to maintain high integrity and a patient-centric focus.Support the Compliance Committee by providing expert insights and trend analysis.Who are you?
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Finance, Law, or related fields.3+ years of experience in compliance management, internal audit, internal control, and risk management.CIA, CPA (SMMM), CFE, and other related certifications are an asset.A solid understanding of the diagnostics, medtech, and healthcare industry is an assetAbility to assess strategic, business, and process risks with strong multi-tasking and planning skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English.Strong presentation skills.Ability to analyze complex compliance issues and situations.High ethical standards and integrity.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
