• Assist in the implementation and operations of the Essentia Health Organizational Integrity and Compliance Program specific to the patient privacy program
• Provide guidance about patient privacy rules and regulations
• Perform investigations on allegations of wrongdoing related to privacy and HIPAA which may involve difficult conversations with patients and/or employees
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer, management team and senior compliance specialists in developing and maintaining all aspects of the compliance program strategies and system-wide policies, procedures, plans and processes
