The responsibilities for this position include:
Conduct compliance audits Maintain and apply working knowledge of compliance regulations and industry topics Assist in the revision of the compliance program in response to the changing needs of the organization, laws, and governmental policies Process pre-employment clearances and background checks Communicate results of pre-employment screening to applicable parties Assist in maintaining and updating personnel files Research employment laws Assist in transitioning new accounts Participate in various projects within the HR departmentJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (Human Resource Management, Business Administration) or 3 years of human resources experience preferred Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrated problem solving skills Ability to travel as the position requires Excellent organizational, writing and communication skillsBenefits:
