Responsibilities Handle PSV investigations and closing reports . Manage the TPDD program for the BU including review of new requests, re-vetting of existing vendors and testing of the process Oversee the investigation process of Routine Speak Ups to ensure adherence to PepsiCo’s Global Compliance & Ethics policies and standards, including case assignment, assisting with investigation plans and directly investigating matters where necessary. Review initial investigation-reports of Routine Speak Ups and ensure high quality of the write up and the investigation techniques. Ensure closure of Routine Speak Ups on Ethics Point within the applicable deadlines. Propose appropriate recommendations to mitigate or prevent inherent risks within PepsiCo’s processes. Follow up on remedial actions and recommendations and ensure enforcement of decisions resulting from substantiated CoC violations. Maintain the required documentation and filing of investigation notes. Collaborate with the Employee Relations Team to conduct analysis and determine trends arising from Routine and local investigations and escalate to the Compliance & Ethics lead in a timely manner. Train employees on PepsiCo’s CoC, Act with Integrity, conducting investigations and other policies as appropriate. Partner with the Law Department to assist with the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption compliance program, including conducting ABAC training, conducting ABAC investigations, and handling pre-approval requests. Assist with the Licenses and Permits program to ensure that all material licenses are documented and tracked, and that any concerns are escalated immediately. Handling conflict of interest disclosures for the BU, including the reviewing disclosures, determining materiality and formulating action plans if necessary. Handling the C&E agenda for the Cairo Capability Centre population CCC, such as TPDD system, PSV investigations, conduct trainings for new hires and targeted audiences, working jointly with other stake holders on the action plans on pipe. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, legal background is preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG in Compliance field Fluent English. Excellent command of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent report writing in both English & Arabic. High communication skills
