Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. You will be based in Costa Rica and go into our Escazu office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Head of People Compliance & Extended Workforce, you will be responsible for: + Developing and implementing a global compliance program strategy, overseeing risk assessments, policy management, training, third-party risk management, and monitoring while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. + Managing the lifecycle of compliance policies and procedures, including development, review, and maintenance in collaboration with internal subject matter experts. + Leading compliance risk assessments to identify key risks, implement strategies and controls, and mitigate potential issues effectively. + Overseeing global compliance training and communications, creating engaging content, managing the LMS curriculum, promoting a culture of integrity, and measuring program effectiveness. + Driving process improvements, managing compliance-related vendors and tools, resolving issues promptly, and designing monitoring plans to analyze KPIs and report program effectiveness to senior leadership. **What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)** + Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Legal, Finance, Business, HR) + 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management. + Demonstrated experience managing global or multi-national compliance programs. + Strong project management skills. **What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** + Experience conducting formal compliance risk assessments and developing monitoring plans. + Hands-on experience with LMS and GRC software/systems. + Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. \#LI-IA1 #LI-Hybrid At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
