Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, program management or consulting. Preferred qualifications: + Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks. + Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. + Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and propose solutions. + Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, executive management, and regulators. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation and slide presentations. We partner closely with Google's central Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams on key initiatives and also manage significant scaled vendor operations that support critical compliance workflows, particularly for the Ads business. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
