Compliance Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, program management or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks.
+ Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
+ Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and propose solutions.
+ Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, executive management, and regulators.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation and slide presentations.
We partner closely with Google's central Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams on key initiatives and also manage significant scaled vendor operations that support critical compliance workflows, particularly for the Ads business. We power a risk management program designed to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively. The Compliance team focuses on ensuring gTech navigates the complex regulatory landscape.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

+ Manage compliance projects and processes, planning execution, monitoring progress, coordinating timelines, and driving outcomes.
+ Identify program deficiencies, assess gaps, design controls, apply risk management knowledge, and report findings to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Provide subject matter expertise for scaled compliance workflows, monitoring performance, suggesting enhancements, and implementing improvements.
+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting, aligning stakeholders on decisions and adapting to changes.
+ Develop training materials, deliver training segments, challenge the status quo, and solve problems to improve compliance effectiveness.
