Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Compliance Product Owner for a fortune 50 financial company to work within the Cyber Security Technology organization. This candidate will be required to work 5 days on site in Denver, CO. This candidate will be joining an application team for an auditory compliance survey system. This individual will be responsible for leading product development efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This candidate will manage and refine the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Acting as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, this person will ensure seamless communication and alignment with business goals. This role includes facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews, supporting the team by clarifying requirements, and monitoring progress using KPIs to ensure the product delivers value. Skills and Requirements * 5+ years experience as a Software Product Owner or in a similar product or project management role in a software development environment. * Experience in cyber security, specifically vulnerability management or application security testing is advantageous. * Any auditing background or experience with compliance assessment tools * Proficient in using Project Management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Certifications related to Agile methodologies (CSM, PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, CSPO, etc.) * Experience with Jira, .NET or Java development. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
