Key responsibilities for this role include:
Lead policy roadmap, plans, documentation, review, and communications in collaboration with business representatives, stakeholders, and key partners.
Manage and foster strategic development of the general and administrative policy process.
Gather and assist in analyzing compliance risks to improve policies and training content.
Organize and maintain records of all policy documents in alignment with company and legal requirements.
Liaise with key stakeholders (such as Medical Affairs, Internal Audit, Legal, etc.) and other partner functions to define and communicate documents and compliance-related risks and/or priorities.
Support the execution of compliance training projects effectively within timelines and budgets, working with both internal resources and external vendors.
Collaborate with leadership to assess and identify immediate training and policy needs and implement solutions to meet those needs.
Support the development of a wide range of Compliance communication materials in collaboration with other PTC COE team members and functional partners.
Effectively lead and mentor company personnel in a leadership capacity.
Actively participate in team meetings and liaise with other departments and Compliance COE team members as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Policy development and maintenance.
Project management.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $78,000 -$152,000.
