We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join our Health and Education team in Orange. This role plays a key part in ensuring services across multiple sites meet compliance, contractual, and legislative obligations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
As the administrator of our Contractor Management System, you’ll support contractor onboarding and compliance processes. A mobile phone will be provided to support your work across sites.
What You’ll Do
This is a max term role for 2 years, offering a broad scope of responsibilities, including:
Provide compliance advice and support to ensure services meet legislative, contractual, and organisational obligations.Assist the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance activities across multiple sites.Undertake compliance-related project work to support continuous improvement.Act as a systems superuser, supporting effective use of internal compliance systems and tools.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of compliance outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications or substantial equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Safety, or Compliance.Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance document control, and contractor onboarding processes.Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple systems.Skilled in preparing clear, professional reports and correspondence with strong written and verbal communication.Extensive experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
