Job DescriptionThe Compliance Manager will be responsible for the following:
Manage a team that may be remote and/or shift workers. Manage multiple time sensitive projects across a 24 X 6 global team Ensure multiple compliance functions operate efficiently and timely to support real time payments business. Review alert rates, completion times, and quality. Provide feedback to team regarding priorities, performance, and goals. Ensure procedures are clear, accurate, and followed. Conduct remediation/targeted trainings as needed. Action escalated/complex alerts. Manage exam requests. Respond to external information sharing requests. Ensure documentation is consistent and accurate. Identify and communicate systems needs/issues. Request necessary equipment/access as needed. Identify and present alert and performance trends. Present thoroughly documented exceptions to management for review. Ensure team is leveraging system resources effectively, Demonstrates a thorough understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to the role Act as an internal escalation point for complex alerts Present cases and process to others for learningsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site).
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 111,200.00 to 153,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
